Terms of Service

Bountii connects companies that post bounties on target accounts with independent bounty hunters who book qualified meetings. Hunters are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Bountii or of the companies posting bounties.

Hunters also accept the Hunter Agreement and companies the Company Agreement. Where those agreements differ from these terms, the agreement governs that relationship.

Bountii is currently operated by its founder pending the incorporation of Kazz, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which will operate Bountii. On incorporation, Kazz, Inc. becomes the contracting party under these terms and all agreements referenced here, without any further action by you.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Hunters must complete a verified profile before working bounties, and companies approve each hunter on their own accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the trust of the marketplace.

The minimum bounty is $200 USD. Companies prepay for meetings by funding a bounty pool before bounties go live; posting a bounty reserves the amount against the pool. When a meeting is held and qualifies against the criteria locked in at posting — or is auto-approved 48 hours after the review window opens — the bounty is charged to the company as Bountii's fee for that meeting, and Bountii pays the hunter who delivered it.

Founding hunters receive 100% of every bounty. Bountii reserves the right to introduce a platform fee of up to 15% for future hunter cohorts; any such fee will never apply retroactively to founding hunters.

Qualification criteria are defined by the company when posting a bounty and shown to hunters before they claim. Companies must review logged meetings within 48 hours and may only dispute against the stated criteria. Bountii's decision on disputed meetings, based on the meeting evidence, is final.

Hunters must present themselves honestly as referral partners of the companies they represent, must not misrepresent their relationships, and must not spam prospects. Companies must not use hunter profiles or path notes to circumvent the platform.

Bountii provides the marketplace “as is.” We do not guarantee any number of meetings or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bountii's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
