For Bounty Hunters
Your Network Is Worth Money.
Keep 100% of It.
You've spent years building relationships with people who take your calls. Companies will pay serious money for a warm introduction to them. Bountii connects the two — and as a founding hunter, every dollar of every bounty is yours.
The math of one text message
A company posts a $500 bounty on an account where your former colleague runs the sales org. You send one message: “Hey — a company I partner with does X, and it looks genuinely relevant to what your team is building. Worth 30 minutes?” They say yes. The meeting happens, qualifies, and $500 lands with you.
Now scale that to your whole network. Most professionals with 10+ years in an industry know 20–50 decision-makers who would take their call. At typical bounty prices, that network — which currently earns you nothing — is a five-figure annual asset at even casual activity levels.
How it works
- 1
Sign up and step onto the board
Tell us about your background and network — LinkedIn, the industries and countries where you have real relationships. You're in immediately; companies see that profile when they decide who represents them, and your track record does the rest.
- 2
Claim accounts you can actually reach
Browse funded bounties with crystal-clear requirements and prices. See a target account where you know the buyer? Claim it and tell the company your path in. They accept — the account is exclusively yours.
- 3
Make the intro you'd want to receive
Ping your contact first, get their yes, then connect them with the company. The meeting runs on a Bountii link, so everything that matters — attendance, duration — is verified automatically.
- 4
Get paid — all of it
The meeting qualifies against criteria you saw upfront, and the full bounty lands with you. Companies must review within 48 hours or it auto-approves. No fees, no float games, no chasing.
Built for the hunter, not the house
Keep 100% of every bounty
Founding hunters pay zero platform fees — forever. A $500 bounty is $500 in your pocket. Compare that to the 10–20% every other marketplace skims.
The money is already there
Companies fund bounties before you lift a finger. You never chase invoices or wonder if a startup will actually pay — qualification triggers payout.
Exclusive claims
When a company accepts your claim, the account is yours for 14 days. No racing five other hunters to the same CRO.
Work on your terms
No quotas, no meetings, no boss. Most active hunters spend 5–10 hours a week. Claim what fits your network, skip what doesn't.
Reputation compounds
Show rates and qualification rates build your profile. Top hunters get invited directly by companies — repeat business without browsing the board.
Your relationships stay safe
Double-opt-in intros, referral-partner transparency, and full freedom to decline. You never make an introduction you wouldn't want to receive.
Frequently asked questions
How much can I earn?+
Bounties start at $200 and typically run $300–1,000 per qualified meeting. Casual hunters converting a couple of claims a month earn $500–1,500; systematic hunters with strong networks report $5,000–12,000 monthly. Your ceiling is your network and your discipline — not a commission plan.
Do I really keep 100%?+
Yes. Founding hunters keep the full bounty on every meeting, forever — it's written into our terms. Bountii earns from company subscriptions instead, which also makes us a neutral referee on qualification.
What if a company rejects my meeting unfairly?+
Qualification criteria are locked when the bounty is posted, companies can only dispute against those specific criteria, and meetings happen on a Bountii link so the facts are on record. Companies that reject in bad faith lose standing on the platform — your work is protected by evidence, not goodwill.
Will this damage my relationships?+
Not if you hunt the way the platform is designed: double-opt-in intros, transparent referral-partner framing, and only claiming accounts where the meeting genuinely helps your contact. Most hunters find their network thanks them — a relevant introduction is a favor, not a spend.
Do I need to be a salesperson?+
No. Great hunters come from sales, consulting, recruiting, founding teams — anywhere people accumulate real professional relationships. If decision-makers answer your messages, you have what companies are paying for.
How do I stand out as a new hunter?+
Claim narrowly and convert. One qualified meeting with a 100% show rate beats ten stale claims. Your stats are visible to companies — early discipline turns into direct invitations within weeks.
