Hunter Agreement

Version 2026-09-15, last updated September 15, 2026. You accept this agreement when you create a hunter account. It sits alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; where they differ, this agreement governs the hunter relationship.

1. Who you are

You work through Bountii as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Bountii or of any company that posts a bounty. You decide when and how much you work, which accounts you claim, and how you reach the people you know. Nothing here is exclusive: you are free to work with other platforms and clients.

Bountii is currently operated by its founder pending the incorporation of Kazz, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which will operate Bountii. On incorporation, Kazz, Inc. becomes the contracting party under these terms and all agreements referenced here, without any further action by you.

2. Your account and profile

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter contracts and to receive payments, and you may hold one hunter account. Your profile (LinkedIn, occupation, years in market, industries, countries, languages and network note) must be accurate and kept current. Companies rely on it to decide who works their accounts, and your show rate and qualification rate are shown to them. A complete profile is required before you can claim accounts.

3. How a bounty works

A company posts a target account with a price per qualified meeting and the criteria a meeting must satisfy. You request the account or accept an invitation; the company decides whether to work with you. You then reach out under your own name as a referral partner of that company, book the meeting through the meeting link Bountii provides, and log it. The company has 48 hours after the meeting to review it against the criteria locked in at posting. A meeting that meets the criteria, or that the company does not review inside the window, is qualified and the bounty is released to you.

4. Bounties and payouts

Bounties are set by companies in US dollars, with a minimum of $200. Founding hunters receive 100% of every bounty they earn, for as long as they hold an account. Bountii may introduce a platform fee of up to 15% for hunter cohorts that join later; such a fee will never apply to founding hunters.

Payouts are made only for qualified meetings. Bountii pays you under this agreement for each meeting you deliver; every bounty on the board is backed by funds the company has already paid to Bountii, so the money is real before you spend relationship capital. Payouts are sent through Stripe to the bank account you register in Settings (bank transfer until Stripe payouts are live), normally within seven days of qualification. Bountii may withhold, reverse or reclaim a payout where a meeting was obtained through misrepresentation, was not genuinely held, or breached section 5.

You are responsible for all taxes, social contributions, invoices and filings that apply to your earnings in your country. Bountii does not withhold taxes on your behalf and may ask you for tax or identity documents before releasing payouts.

5. How you may reach people

You must be honest about who you are and why you are reaching out. You may present yourself as a referral partner of the company whose account you are working, never as its employee. You must not spam, scrape, use purchased lists, send automated bulk outreach, or contact anyone who has asked you not to. Where a company shares approved messaging, use it as the basis of your outreach. You must comply with the anti-spam, data-protection and telemarketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, including the GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

You must not log a meeting that did not take place, invite a prospect who did not know what the meeting was about, arrange meetings with people who are not genuinely decision-makers for the stated criteria, or share a bounty with the person you introduce.

6. Non-circumvention

Bountii introduces you to companies and companies to you. For 12 months after your last activity on a company's bounty, you agree not to arrange introductions or meetings for that company, or for accounts you learned of through its bounties, in exchange for payment outside Bountii. If a company proposes that, decline and tell us. Bountii may suspend your account and withhold pending payouts for a breach of this section, and the same obligation binds companies toward you.

7. Confidential information

Target account lists, pitch kits, approved messaging, pricing and anything a company shares with you inside Bountii are confidential. Use them only to work that company's bounties and never share them with third parties. In return, the network you import into Bountii is used only to show you where you already have a path in; it is never shown to companies, and companies never receive your contacts.

8. Reputation, suspension and disputes

Your show rate, qualification rate and company reviews are visible to companies choosing hunters. Bountii may limit, suspend or close your account for a breach of this agreement, the Terms of Service or the law, or for conduct that damages trust in the marketplace. Disputes about whether a meeting qualified are decided by Bountii on the evidence recorded on the platform, and that decision is final between you and the company.

9. Your content and data

You keep ownership of your profile, video and notes. You grant Bountii a licence to display them to companies and to use them to operate and promote the marketplace. Our handling of your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. No guarantee and limits on liability

Bountii does not guarantee that any account will be available to you, that any company will accept you, or that you will earn any amount. Bountii is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent the law allows, Bountii's total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the bounties actually earned by you and unpaid at the time of the claim, and Bountii is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You will indemnify Bountii and the companies you work with against claims arising from your outreach or from a breach of section 5.

11. Term, termination and changes

This agreement starts when you create your account and lasts until either of us ends it. You may close your account at any time from Settings; Bountii may end this agreement on notice. Sections 4 (for earned bounties), 6, 7, 10 and 12 survive termination. Bountii may update this agreement by publishing a new version here and notifying you by email; continuing to use Bountii after the effective date means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Bountii may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect confidential information. Questions: welcome@getbountii.com.
